PadLister is the side of PadMapper that serves landlords and brokers. It aims to make it easier and less painful to find great tenants for your rental vacancies. It does this in a few ways.

1. Advertising:
PadLister creates beautiful listings and promotes them on PadMapper for free. After that, it helps you create beautiful Craigslist posts, and syndicates your listings to various other sites across the internet, so you only have to post it in one place.

2. Contact Management:
PadLister helps you keep your email leads straight. All emails to your listings go to a PadLister email address, which filters them, forwards them on if they're good, and stores them with the appropriate listings.

3. Open Houses:
After you make a listing, you can set up a few times to host open houses. PadLister will collect RSVPs on your listing's webpage, and remind those who RSVP when the time approaches.

4. Online Applications:
Once you have a few interested people, you can forward on an online application. Instead of having to meet with them again, collect their application fee, and run a credit check yourself, PadLister will handle all of that for you! Just send them a link to an online application, and you'll get back their info, as well as their credit score, eviction, and criminal background check results.
