PadLister is completely free to use, except for tenant screening services, since those cost us money to run.

If screening is done via the online rental applications, then the prospective tenant will be charged directly for their screening, so that ends up being free for the lister as well.

There are likely to be other services that we'll offer in the future that will be charged for, but they'll probably be things that will save landlords more money than we charge.

We do reserve the right to charge for things that are currently free in the future, though.
