Online Rental Applications with Automatic Tenant Screening

PadLister allows you to take rental applications online, and it handles the credit checks for you! (Background and eviction checking coming soon).

When you create a listing, you can:

• enable an application button to appear on the listing page
and/or
• use PadLister's application emailing functionality to send it out to prospective tenants

The tenant fills out their details, pays us an application/screening fee, and we deliver their details along with any additional information we've been able to pull, including their FICO score.

Then you just accept one of the applications, and we help you notify any others of your decision.
