My listing isn't showing up. Why is that?
If you've just submitted a feed for your listings, please be patient. Once we approve the feed, your listings will show up on Padmapper. If you find that your listing still doesn't show up, it may be that our scam and spam filter flagged it. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll check it out.
How do I change my display name?
In the upper right corner, click "Account Settings" (or just click here) and you'll see something in there that will let you change it.
How can I upload pictures?
Either upload images on the second step, or on the "Manage Listings" page, select the apartment address, and then on the right side, hit "Edit Pics".
How do I change my password?
On the login screen, click the "Forgot" tab, and enter your email address. Then you'll be emailed a link that will let you set your password to something else.
How do I change my email address?
It's not currently possible to change this.
How much is the fee Padlister charges for using online applications with my listing?
It's currently $25 per applicant. If you don't use the online application with your listing, it's free to list.
How do I change the listing's address?
Go to your list of listings. Click on a listing to see its details. Along the top of the details of the listing, you'll see a list of actions: "See", Edit", "Edit Pics", etc. Click on "Edit", and then scroll down to the "Location" section. Change the location address, and then scroll down and click the "Update" button.
How long do listings last?
They last about 4 weeks. When they expire, there's an email that goes out to you, asking if they'd like to renew.
How do I do XYZ?
