Credit Check and Background Check

We will perform a review of your credit summary (this will be a soft inquiry and will not affect your score) and provide the score and reasons to the person renting out this vacancy so that they can assess you as potential tenant.

We will also perform an automated background check which will check criminal court records, ssn records, eviction court records, and terrorist watchlists, and we will provide any matches to the person renting out this vacancy.

You also authorize the person renting out this vacancy to perform supplemental background checks as necessary, including, but not limited to calling your references and performing online research.
